What the work is like
Community-based therapy, with the back office handled for you.
Our clinicians see children and families in their homes and communities across New Jersey, on schedules they set. You bring the clinical work; we handle referrals, authorizations, session logging, and billing through one portal.
You set the schedule
Full- or part-time. Take on the families and hours that fit around your life, your other work, or your degree.
Supervision toward licensure
Master-level clinicians (LSW, LAC, MFT) earn supervised hours toward LCSW, LPC or LMFT while carrying a caseload.
Hourly rates by credential
Rates reflect your licensure and experience, and are confirmed in writing before you start.
Paperwork in one place
Log sessions and notes in the provider portal. Authorizations, invoicing, and reauthorization reminders are handled from there.

Provide intensive in-community (IIC) therapeutic services to children and families in their homes. Open to fully licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and master-level clinicians accruing licensure hours (LSW, LAC, MFT).
Behavioral Assistant
Support children and families by providing behavioral assistance services in homes and community settings. Entry-level position with growth opportunities.
